Electronics and Communication Engineering

 The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering was started in the year 2010 in CARE School of Engineering with an intake of 60. Learning is a new, high level and happy experience in this department, which provides quality education and hands on training to the students through qualified faculty and unparallel infrastructure. It promotes Research and Development activities in the frontier areas of Electronics and Communication Engineering, collaborate with industries and National Institutions of repute, wherever possible. This course provides a sound foundation to the students wishing to pursue a career in Electronics Engineering, Communications, Control Systems, Robotics or Sensor Systems, through a diverse range of theoretical skills and practical experience, presented in the context of real time applications and design experience. The students are exposed to the practical and industrial aspects of the subjects through laboratory work and periodic industrial visits.

 The students are encouraged to participate and present papers in National and International Level Conferences, Technical Seminars / Symposium and Workshop. Guest lectures are arranged every semester to empower the students with the latest development in the Electronics and Communication field. Separate Value Added Courses will be given to the students in the third year itself to meet the demands of the Industries and Corporate Sectors such as, Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), Intel, Samsung Electronics, Sony, Toshiba, Philips Semiconductors, Texas Instruments, LG Electronics, Nokia, AMD, CISCO, Nvdia, HP and IBM just to mention a few.
